Anyone who know the definition of "DIET"??????

Many will say 

"Diet means intake of healthy food"

"Diet means eating fresh fruits and vegetables"

"Diet means avoid eating of junk foods"

"Diet means controlling on eating food" and so on....

But what's the actual meaning of Diet????

So here is the meaning

"DIET MEANS DISCIPLINE THAT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW DAILY. IT MEANS SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE TO GAIN CONTROL . DIET MEANS A ROUTINE THAT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW DAILY AND ACHIEVE YOU GOALS."

Next let's talk about history of DIET:

The diet history is a traditional method of analysis of food intake. In its traditional structure consists of three components that provide an overall information of the usual food consumption pattern of the individual and also detailed information on certain foods.

Diet basically is related to the daily intake of food that you do . People usually get the idea of diet as always eating healthy and and starving . That's not true the food that you eat on your daily basis is known as your diet. It's the most important thing of your life . It's the fuel which you provide to your body .

  • Temporary.

  • A good way to be healthy
How should one diet? When starting a diet you should know your own unique body. We are all different and don't require the same things. You should be ready for a commitment. The most successful way to diet is to make it a life time commitment not just a fad. Fad diets are a guaranteed path to failure. Not saying that you can't eat carbs and fat, but be mindful of how much you eat. To be honest you can eat too many veggies and still get fat. Simply because calories play a major part in weight gain and calories are in everything.

IMPORTANCE OF DIET:
There are a lot of reason why you will need a healthy diet.

  • Good stress management
  • Stronger immunity
  • Stronger muscles
  • Better digestion
  • Excellent sleep
  • Excellent metabolism
  • Maintains your sugar levels
  • We should eat healthy meals/food if we want to live long
  • We should eat healthy if we want to live healthily
  • We should eat healthy if we want to live actively
  • we should eat healthy if we want to keep ourselves away from diseases
  • We should eat healthy if we want to do something new
  • We should eat healthy if we want to grow up .
I'm sure the above are good enough reasons to follow a healthy diet.

WHY DIET AND NUTRITION ARE IMPORTANT?

Diet and nutrition is very important for your life. A poor diet can lead to chronic illness. As your body works daily without a pause it is necessary to feed it with good food. Good food in terms of nutritious , your brain functions is also dependent on what food you consume. You feel less, and you will not be capable of doing things, i will not say you wont but you feel little tired and experience “brain fog”. So in your daily life it is necessary to feed your Gut as it signals brain for activation.

SO BE HEALTHY AND TAKE A HEALTHY AND WELL BALANCED DIET.
